We specialize in the manufacture and distribution of Boutique quality clothing for babies and children made in 100% Peruvian Pima Cotton in any color, style/pattern and size range. We also offer other fabrics such as 100% Tanguis cotton, Pique, Jersey, cotton/spandex and more. We can work according to your requeriments and styles. 

1) What is your minimum quantity to order?

Our minimum required is a total order of 200 units with a minimum of 5 units per size/color/style. Hence, you can mix and match styles but keeping the minimum of 5 units and your total order cannot be less than 200 units.

If you are a small retailer and wish to order between 100 and 199 pcs (we do not accept orders less than 100 pieces), then, in some ocassions,there will be an additional fee of 5% of your total order. In most of the cases, we waive this 5% fee when your order can be combined with another client order(s) to complete our minimum. 

2) After my order is placed, how long will it take to have my products ready?

Our production time may vary depending in the quantity ordered. It usually goes from 5 to 6 weeks for your order to be delivered. Products will be shipped from our location in Jacksonville, FL by UPS, FEDEX or USPS to your door.

3) How are your payment terms?

We require 50% at the time you place your order so we can commence the production, the remaining balance must be paid prior shipping the products to your door. We accept checks, money orders, Western Union, credit cards and Paypal. Payments with credit card and Paypal are subject to a 3% bank processing fee.

4) I would like to get a sample before I place an order....how can I get it?

If you want a sample to feel the softness of our Cotton and see the construcion of our garment, please send me an email so you can buy any of our items available at regular price for inmediate shipping. We will ship it to you within 48 hours, however, if there is a special item that you need, we will gladly make a sample for you. Please email me for more details at: sales@pimacottonwholesale.com .

5) Do you do all-over print on the Pima Cotton fabric? 

Yes we do.  

6) How can I see the fabric colors available in Pima Cotton?

Please send an email to sales@pimacottonwholesale.com so we can email you our color fabric chart. We have more than 30 colors available.

7) Do you have the CPSIA certificate?

Because we use 100% natural fiber, we are exempt of the CPSIA testing.The metals snaps that we use for our garments are CPSIA certified by their own manufacturer.

8) Do you ship outside the USA?

Yes, we do. We will arrange the shipping to your door in the USA or any other country.

9) Do you offer private labeling?

Yes, we do. 

10) How can I get your price list?

Please email us to sales@pimacottonwholesale.com along with the following information: Company's name, phone number and  website address (if available).  We must received all these details in order to send you our wholesale/manufacturer price list.

11) Can you develope new patterns?

Yes we can. All we need is a scketch or the garment you want us to replicate. We can make any changes as requested. We will make a sample for your review prior to start production.
